We were extremely pleased with your catering staff. They were delightful! They were very pleasant and professional. We didn't even notice when the dinner buffet was removed. It just magically disappeared and the toast and cake cutting began. We were also extremely thankful for the unexpected help putting the tables and chairs away...Thank you.

We really appreciate all the personal attention you gave to our event. I really appreciate all the times you met with Lisa, Sue and I to discuss the table arrangement and number of guests. Your event planners were courteous, honest, extremely patient with our many questions, and always responded quickly to my messages. I also appreciated their helpful and creative suggestions for planning the menu and the table decor. The food on our wedding day was hot, delicious, and beautifully arranged. Although we had selected a vegetarian menu, even the most carnivorous of our 75 guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal and took the time to tell us so (and return for seconds).

The wait staff were organized, quick, cheerful, and incredibly professional during the entire event...Each of them was so well-mannered that it almost seemed as if they were there to celebrate with us, rather than simply serve the meal. Best of all, they seemed to anticipate our every need, so that I was able to...celebrate with my guests without having to give a single thought to worrying about the setup, decoration, placement, serving, or cleanup of the meal. It was simply wonderful.

I couldn't just return this bill without a note letting each and every one of you know how outstanding you are, and how incredibly grateful we are for your help...

Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL lunch at our...picnic. People are still raving about the food - especially the chicken and the potato salad!! Starting with Pat and Laura in the main office, they were able to help me through the process of selecting a menu, the timing, and answering countless questions.

Everyone here was raving about the halibut especially, the flank steak, and salad. Your servers, Carmell and Erin were very friendly, most accommodating, and very discreet in their manner of picking up dishes, serving the food, cleaning up the dishes. I literally did not have to think of a thing, except visiting with our guests.
