Our events are staffed according to the guest count of your party with a 4-hour minimum per each staff member. This includes set-up and clean-up of all catering related responsibilities including dishes and leaving the kitchen or prep area as it was found. Depending on the selection of your menu, number of guests, and approximate hours of the event, our catering coordinator will help to give you an estimate of staffing hours and how many servers are needed.
Lead Server: $25.00 per hour
Staff Server: $23.00 per hour
Bartender: $25.00 per hour
Chef/Carver: $28.00 per hour
Please note that billing begins at the time our staff arrives at the Celebrations Caterings Services site to pull and load the trucks through clean-up and return of equipment to our facility.
